2.1 Account Information When you sign in via AppForges OAuth, we collect: - Email address - Display name - Unique account identifier - Profile avatar (if provided)
2.2 Group and Social Data When you create or join groups, we collect: - Group name, type, and membership information - Roles and permissions within groups - Invitation records
2.3 Communication Data When you use messaging features, we process: - Text messages, images, voice messages, video messages, and files sent in chats - Location data (only when you explicitly share your location) - Message metadata (timestamps, read receipts)
2.4 Shared Resources When you use collaborative features, we store: - Shared photo albums and media files - Calendar events and schedules - To-do lists and task assignments - Shopping lists
2.5 Device and Usage Data We automatically collect: - Device type, operating system, and version - App version - Anonymous usage statistics (feature usage frequency) - Crash logs and performance data
2.6 Voice and Video Calls For voice and video calls: - We facilitate peer-to-peer or relay connections - Call metadata (duration, participants) may be logged - Audio and video content is NOT recorded or stored on our servers

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: - All network communications use HTTPS/WSS encryption - OAuth tokens are stored in the system's secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) - Server-side data is encrypted at rest - Access controls and authentication protect server infrastructure
Message storage: - Paid subscribers: Messages are stored permanently until account deletion - Free users: Messages are retained for 180 days - Shared media is stored within your group's storage quota (5 GB free, expandable with subscription)
Local caching: - Milia caches data locally on your device for offline access - Local data is stored in the app's sandboxed storage area
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically: - Account information: Retained until account deletion - Messages: Up to 180 days for free users; indefinitely for paid users until deletion - Shared resources: Retained as long as the associated group exists - Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days - Crash logs: Deleted after 90 days
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
