Milia Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Milia application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AppForges. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Milia is a family and close-circle social interaction platform that provides: - Group management for families, friends, and classmates - Instant messaging (text, voice, video, images, files) - Shared photo albums - Shared calendars and event management - Shared to-do lists and task assignments - Shared shopping lists - Voice and video calls

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service at all times.

3. Account Registration

To use Milia, you must create an account through AppForges OAuth. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Milia.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through Milia ("User Content"), including messages, photos, videos, and other materials.

By using Milia, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to share content that: - Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing - Infringes intellectual property rights of others - Contains malware or harmful code - Violates the privacy of others - Is spam or unsolicited commercial content

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Milia, you agree not to: - Use the App for any illegal purpose - Harass, bully, or threaten other users - Impersonate another person or entity - Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Use automated means to access the App without our permission - Collect other users' personal information without consent - Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to AppForges and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Subscription and Payments

Milia offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features include expanded storage, extended message retention, and premium capabilities.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPFORGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppForges and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
