OneFusion Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OneFusion application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AppForges. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

OneFusion is an AI-powered creation and collaboration platform that provides: - Application development with AI-assisted code generation - AI content creation (text, images) - Workspace-based project management and collaboration - Application deployment and hosting - Asset management and media libraries - GitHub integration for code repositories

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service at all times.

3. Account Registration

To use OneFusion, you must create an account through AppForges OAuth. You may also connect your GitHub account for code integration. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use OneFusion.

4. Workspaces and Collaboration

OneFusion uses a workspace-based model for collaboration. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for: - Managing workspace membership and roles - Ensuring workspace content complies with these Terms - Managing workspace subscription and resource limits

Workspace members must comply with the access permissions and roles assigned to them. Unauthorized access to restricted resources is prohibited.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create through OneFusion, including source code, articles, images, and other materials ("User Content").

By using OneFusion, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, host, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This includes deploying and hosting your applications. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

AI-generated content: Content generated by AI features based on your prompts belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party AI provider terms. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to create or share content that: - Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others - Infringes intellectual property rights - Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code - Violates the privacy of others

6. Application Deployment

When you deploy applications through OneFusion: - You are responsible for ensuring your deployed applications comply with all applicable laws - We reserve the right to suspend or remove deployed applications that violate these Terms - Deployment resources are subject to your subscription tier limits - We do not monitor the content of your deployed applications but may respond to abuse reports

Environment variables and secrets are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for the security of any credentials or API keys you store.

7. Subscription and Payments

OneFusion offers workspace-level subscription plans with different resource limits and features. Subscriptions are processed through the AppForges payment system.

Subscription terms: - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period - Downgrading may result in loss of access to features or data exceeding the lower tier's limits - No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using OneFusion, you agree not to: - Use the App for any illegal purpose - Deploy applications that facilitate illegal activities - Attempt to reverse engineer the App or its AI services - Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or other users' use - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other workspaces - Use automated means to abuse the AI generation service - Circumvent subscription limits or usage restrictions - Use the deployment service for cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or similar abuse

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to AppForges and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specific disclaimers: - AI-generated content (text, code, images) may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should review and verify all generated content before use. - We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or uptime of deployed applications. - We are not responsible for any issues arising from code generated by AI features.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPFORGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppForges from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, your deployed applications, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination: - Your deployed applications will be taken offline - You should export any data you wish to keep before termination - Workspace data will be deleted within 30 days - Active subscriptions should be cancelled to avoid further charges

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
